摘要: 摘要:microRNAs(miRNAs)是一类普遍存在的长度约为21~25个核苷酸的小分子RNA,通过与靶mRNA 3〖WT《TNR》〗’〖WT〗端非编码区互补结合在转录后水平抑制靶基因的表达。血细胞形成是一个包括多个基因有序的开启和关闭,复杂而又精密的调控过程,调控异常会导致各种血液病的发生。miRNA参与了造血调控并与某些血液系统肿瘤的发生相关。

Abstract: ABSTRACT:MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a family of 21-25 nucleotide small nonprotein-coding RNAs. They regulate gene expression at post-transcriptional level by mRNA degradation or translation repression. Hematopoiesis is one of the most important highly regulated multistage process, which includes orderly turn-on and turn-off of many genes; any wrong modulation may result in blood diseases. Several miRNAs have been found to be involved in hematopoiesis and hematopoietic tumor genesis.
