Methods Using epidemiological investigation method to cultivate bacilli and detect the homology. Results Klebsiella pneumonia was detected in 4 NICU patients . Based on environmental sample analyses, four Klebsiella pneumonia strains were identified and confirmed to be highly homologous. The outbreak was effectively controlled after the strict implementation of hand hygiene practice and environment disinfection.
